Add fibre and protein to your side salad with the addition of muesli – you’ll be surprised how good this crunchy addition is.
Ingredients
- 4 large ripe pears, cored and cut into wedges
- 75g (1 cup) bran flakes, or wholemeal cornflakes
- 85g (½ cup) nutty muesli
- 4 tbs dried goji berries
Method
Step 1.
Divide the pear wedges between serving plates.
Step 2.
Scatter the bran flakes, muesli, and goji berries on top before serving.
